(Experimental) Registered users without NFTs or scholars are now allowed in earn game modes
(Experimental) Added a small base earning for all registered users, to earn an amount of e equivalent to 3 common NFTs at a 1x global earn rate. This base earning also increases earnings for NFT holders since it applies to everyone. For NFT holders and scholars, it should feel as though we increased the global earn rate by 1. Registered users without NFTs (borrowed or otherwise) are effectively getting a 1x flat global earn rate with 3 common NFTs. This is temporary and experimental, but we might make it permanent based on data and feedback.

Slightly increased the volume on the new AR sound and third-party sounds
